The topics of ageing covered:

The goal of this programme is to promote autonomy and independence of the elderly by stimulating multidisciplinary intervention-research. Therefore clinical intervention studies are performed to improve sleep patterns, memory processes and behaviour, independence, friendship and well-being, fall-prevention, autonomy, and physical activity and mobility. These studies cover various disciplines as geriatrics, epidemiology, internal medicine, rehabilitation, psychology and sociology.
