Third FLARE Summer School a success

The third FLARE Summer School took place last week in San Lorenzo de El Escorial, near Madrid in Spain. In total 32 early career post-doctoral researchers from 14 countries attended the event between 5-8 September including – for the first time – FLARE 1 alumni, new FLARE 2 Fellows and Associate Fellows, as well as a number of nominated post-docs from other EU countries.
Guest speakers, who generously gave their time to help in training a future generation of researchers in the ageing field, included:
